I am coming to the Netherlands to study a Master's in Mechanical Engineering at TU Delft. Financial: Status: Full-time student at TU Delft. I am financially fully supported by my parents, who will act as my guarantors. Guarantors' combined monthly net income: €5,500 (Gross income is significantly higher). I am also looking for a part-time job. Extra security: I am willing to pay several months' rent in advance to secure the accommodation. Personal: Moving in as a single tenant.
