My name is Niccolò Lamanna, I am 34 years old, and I am a PhD Affiliate Researcher at IHE Delft. I will be staying in Delft for about six months, from October 1st to March 31st, to carry out my research activities at the institute.
Although I have already secured an apartment in Mina Krusemanstraat through DUWO, I have found that both the building and the apartment do not meet my initial expectations. The building is somewhat neglected, and the apartment lacks many essential facilities. Despite having paid the rent for the first month of October in advance, I am seeking a more suitable and comfortable place to stay for the duration of my time here.
I consider myself a calm and tidy person, looking for a living space where I can spend these six months in an appropriate and conducive environment. I will be living alone in Delft and dedicating my time fully to my research position at IHE Delft.
