Hi, my name is Joel Castillo. I’m a TU Delft student, starting my second year, and I’m looking for housing in Delft (long-term, 2–4 years).
I consider myself to be responsible, tidy, and having sufficient experience live alone, as I would have lived alone for a year by the time of the contract. I’m an early riser, work weekends, respect quiet hours, and clean regularly. I don’t smoke or use similar substances and I’m careful with any shared spaces provided.
Unfurnished is fine (just need to know in advance).
